2020 Trail Hero
Trail Hero is an annual off-road event held in Hurricane, Utah, that celebrates the sport of rock crawling and off-road driving. The event features a range of activities, including guided trail rides, rock crawling competitions, and vendor exhibitions, and attracts off-road enthusiasts from across the country. The event provides an opportunity for attendees to explore the stunning natural beauty of the Southern Utah area, while also testing their off-road vehicles on challenging terrain. Trail Hero is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and emphasis on responsible off-road driving, making it a popular event for those who love the off-road lifestyle. The event also features educational seminars, raffles, and other activities that make it a must-attend event for off-road enthusiasts of all levels. Additionally, Trail Hero is dedicated to supporting military veterans and their families, with proceeds from the event going to support veteran organizations.
New to the week of Trail Hero for 2020 is Füry Rode - a 20 mile loop challenge course that will get your heart pumping and is tons of fun! It is open to any 4-wheel drive vehicle and must have at least a driver and co-driver in the vehicle.
Trail Hero will host the second annual Happy Gilmore Golf Tourney at Sand Hollow Resort, where we play the 9-hole Links course with a shotgun start, and on the driving range and putting green we have additional challenges for participants to win prizes. We had a blast last year, and encourage anyone to join in, particpate, heckle.... lets just say its not your average golf tourney. 4Wheel to Heal.
Trail Hero concentrates on a 4-day Trail Ride that is designed to keep the entertainment flowing. After the trails are done for the day, participants can take part, or watch, our afternoon activites that include attempting to conquer Bounty Hill, break new ground on the hardest trail in the country at the Trail Breaker, Party at the beach with slip-n-slide and grab a snow cone while hanging out at the nightly bon fire. Trail Hero also showcases a high speed Rock Race, and tie together the industry with a very formidable vendor show that features charitable raffles, live music, onsite catering, jeep show, and a world class Vendor Expo featuring your favorite manufacturers from across the country during our Closing Ceremoines celebration!
Simply put, no single event has ever had every aspect of our sport on one platform until now! You can sign up for guided trails, but definately join us for our afternoon activites as they are FREE to Spectators. Charitable donations accepted by Utah 4 Wheel Drive Association, 4Wheel to Heal, and Hero For A Day.
